Pale straw green in colour, the aromas are complex and layered providing fresh citrus driven characters with underlying biscuity oak driven spice. The palate over delivers with a creamy textural component interlaced with savoury lines and a smattering of delicate honeysuckle notes. Fermented in a combination of new French Oak and stainless steel vessels, this wine is mesmerizing.
