Jean Boyer Pastis Restanques
Domain des Restanques in Provence has over a 1000 aromatic plants like sage, wormwood, lemon verbena, rosemary, angelica, balm, coriander, mint ... others like gentian, savory, thyme grow abuntly in countryside. Jean Boyer selects 24 plants and 12 spices to macerate individually before blending and distilling. The pastis is then bottled without filtration to keep optimum flavour and colour resulting in an intensely elegant drink.
The Bitter Truth Pink Gin
The nose of this flavoured gin is dominated by complex fruity and floral aromas. The taste is very smooth with distinctive flavours of juniper berries in the foreground surrounded by spicy flavours of liquorice, caraway and fennel.
FAIR Acai Liqueur
Açaí commonly grows in the rain forests of the Amazon. This indigenous berry contains a lot of antioxidants, fibre and heart-healthy fats.The sugar used in FAIR. Açaí Liqueur is also organic and Fair Trade Certified, coming from various coops in countries such as Malawi and Paraguay.
Dolin Suedois Bitter
During the 18th century this elixir enabled Swedish doctor, Claus Samst, to heal the poor, vagrants, workers and anyone who had difficult lives. After much research and hours of hard work he compiled a manuscript describing 46 diseases that could be healed with this elixir. In 1821, Joseph Chavasse, founder of La Maison Dolin, saved the elixir from extinction by marketing it under the name Suédois Dolin in memory of the famous doctor. Its recipe has remained unchanged.

Sheep Whey Vodka
The first spirit in the World to be made from sheep whey and recent winner of Worlds Best Vodka (World Vodka Awards 2018) judged in London amongst the worlds leading Vodkas. Each Bottle is hand sprayed black and the label hand written and signed by Ryan Hartshorn (Head distiller) The spirit is made by fermenting the lactose sugar within the whey which is the waste from our sheep cheesery which is on the same farm where we milk our animals. Very Small 80-100 bottle batches. The spirit is unfiltered which is rare for a vodka. This means you will get a lot of character remaining from the whey which is a sweet nose and creamy mouth feel. This vodka is designed to drink straight at room temperature. Serve alone in a large aromatic glass or as a vodka martini with a pair of quality green olives.
Belvedere Pure Vodka
A premium Vodka from Poland which is additive free and quadruple distilled for greater purity that shines through from your first sip. Nose Faint hint of vanilla with some soft cream characteristics. Palate smooth and round with a medium-bodied weight and light, velvety texture. Some vanilla on the palate, which sways between sweet and savory, with a hint of white pepper and spice. Good length with notes of almond, vanilla cream, and some faint almond and Brazil nut characteristics. Finish warm with notes of rye bread, some vanilla and toasted Brazil nuts.
