Waymaker represents a proud history and future intention of going one's own way. Inspired by Stonyfell Founder Henry Clark, who first dreamt of making wine amongst his olive trees many years ago. Pale yellow wine with green hues. A blend of green apple, grassy and tropical flavours fill the palate to reveal a crisp acidity and medium to long finish.

Bush Chardonnay is an elegant and alluring expression of contemporary Australian Chardonnay. A nod to the past using traditional techniques including wild fermentation combines with modern winemaking style. Lively cool climate fruit with fresh varietal flavours of nectarine, white peach and grapefruit. Subtle French oak adds perfumed spice and a creamy texture to the mouthfeel.

Paracombe Chardonnay is a pale straw hued wine displaying light green tints. The attractive bouquet exudes mesmerising scents of fig and lemon soufflé, with light suggestions of minerality. The palate is delicate and structured, brimming with fresh flavours of peach, melon and creamy apple. These beautiful characters are supported by natural acidity, culminating the wine in a long, balanced and stylish finale. This wonderful Chardonnay tastes marvellous with crab cakes, pizza margherita and bay scallop chowder.

Longviews Shiraz has all the hallmarks of a cool-climate style - spicy, savoury with crunchy berry fruit. The Barbera provides a juicy, cherry-like brightness and taut acid backbone that gives the wine wonderful structure.

From the Adelaide Hills, this Chardonnay shows pure essence of fresh varietal character. Harvested in the cool early hours of the morning with acidity is at its best, its structure and body give a lush creamy texture and lingering finish. Matured in light French oak for 9 months with extra time on lees has given this wine the softness and complexity on the finish. Aromas of nectarine and nashi pear are quite evident. Best paired with mild, buttery or creamy dishes.
