Created using hemp seeds, a type of low THC Cannabis sativaplants. We locally source protein-rich ingredients including locally grown Australian Hemp to create gluten-free, lactose-free drinks without chemical additives, providing a natural Hemp highlight. This refined Hemp Gin bottled at 40%, is best enjoyed with a premium mixer or over ice.

Deep magenta in colour with a vibrant nose of dark fruit, chocolate, vanilla and cinnamon aromas. An exotic and full-bodied palate driven by flavours of fruits of the forest, blackcurrant and a hint of savoury spice bound together by succulent fine-grained tannins. A wine of great length which will reward many years in the cellar.

Coming from one of the best vintages in recent Barossa history, the Old Block from St Hallett shows what careful vineyard management can do for a wine. Rich, dark and conerntrated but with seamless tannin intergration.

The Penfolds Bin 150 Marananga Shiraz is a relatively new addition to the Penfolds stable, sourced from the Barossan sub-district, Marananga. Simply a revelation, this wine is an inky, black beast in the glass with lashings of dark chocolate and coffee accented fruit, yet this years offering shows a lingering, soft structured finish that will see the wine cellar very nicely.

This Two Hands Shiraz is full bodied but very buoyant. Bright flavours are lifted and accented by notes of fresh blue and blackberry with hints of plum. Creamy complexity through the palate adds depth and interesting texture. Palate has great depth and a coating nature but doesnt feel heavy. Tannins start mid-palate and leave a lovely rolling chewy nature. Spicy through the finish with vanilla and sweet baking spices.

The 2003 Seven Acre Shiraz displays typical flavours of plum, blackberry with slight hints of pepper and dark chocolate. The lacy tannin structure balances the wine tremendously and really reminds you why Greenock Creek are producing some of the world's best wines.

The Navy Strength Gin offers the front palate of a full bodied and flavoursome GIN with characters of black olives, bergamot & orange peel and fragrant spices, with little heat and long-lasting flavour. Clean Finish Adding the Gin into a French Barrique barrel for 2- 3 months which originally had our 100-year-old Shiraz stored, it has extracted the elegance of fine shiraz notes of mulberry, plum and spiced fruit cake characters. With a rich Ruby colour when adding your favourite mixer this shows a vibrant Pink Diamond colour

Black with purple hues. Aromas of blue and red fruits, black pepper, tea, sherbert, liquorice and anise. Liquid black cherries, black jelly beans, some tar and sweet, smoky tea leaf tannins. Great with duck or caramelised pork.

At the foot of the iconic Kaiserstuhl mountain, the early Silesian settlers of the Barossa constructed a stone altar a sanctuary for prayer in their new homeland. The Krondorf Stone Altar Shiraz is a tribute to the settlers resourcefulness and resilience, which helped these old resilient vines. This 2020 vintage sources its grapes from a very small plot of elegantly aged and interesting vines in the Barossa sub-region of Ebernezer. Crafted by Head Winemaker Nick Badrice, the Krondorf Stone Altar Grenache is all about precision and focus; with concentrated aromas of black cherries with intense earthy and aniseed character leading to a palate of bramble and spice with freshly cut fig, lovely freshness and structure from subtle notes from new and seasoned premium oak barrels. Elegantly poised, with wonderful freshness. Held back for flavour development before release.
