The inspiration from the Barossas best old vine Grenache vineyards created Annexus, an addition to our Plexus blend. Annexus is a small unique blend selected from our best old low yielding Grenache vineyards, made only in the best years. Winemaking: Fermentation in small open top fermenters incorporating 20% whole bunches. Oak Maturation: 100% barrel maturated for 12 months, in older French oak hogsheads (300-litre barrels). Colour: Vibrant purple-red. Nose: Perfumed fruit aromatics complexed with savoury spice and charcuterie notes. Palate: Generous and rich and structured with texture and impressive flavour intensity. An array of red fruits, plum and raspberry fill the palate.

One of the benchmarks of Barossa Shiraz, Peter Lehmann's Stonewell is a classic example of the rich concentrated old vine style. While bold on the palate, there is always an inherent complexity to the Stonewell that enables it to be compared with all of the great Australian wines produced today.

A story that has intrigued Sons of Eden for years is the fable of the legendary founders of Ancient Rome, Romulus and Remus. These twins were abandoned at birth and reared by a she-wolf. Romulus murdered his twin in a fit of rage over the naming of Rome, the city which both had built. Legend presents Romulus as the stronger, more powerful of the brothers, while Remus was more refined, focussed and elegant. Sons of Eden believe the twins characterise the distinctive and unique flavours and attributes of Shiraz from the twin valleys - the Barossa Valley and Eden Valley. Deep crimson in colour with a complex aroma of dense cherry and red berry fruits together with nuances of dried herb and vanilla bean. A powerful and fleshy palate of plums, red berries and spice are balanced with persistent silky tannins.

Our classic dry gin was specially distilled to display fragrant juniper aromas and hints of natural botanicals.

Alkina Spice Garden Shiraz, Barossa Valley A very welcome inclusion into the Premium Barossa Shiraz Club, Alkinas Spice Garden is 100% organic and biodynamic certified Shiraz from one specific block from which they produced just 44 cases (and some rare magnums). It looks and tastes like a high-gear Barossa Shiraz, with all the ripeness and power matched with a unique minerality.

NED is distilled from select Australian grain and matured until it has a boldness and character that befits its name. This limited First Batch is fiercely independent and unlike anything that has come before it.

Influenced by the traditional London Dry style gin but uniquely Australian. Featuring juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, orris root, liquorice root, orange peel, Oolong tea, Australian native thyme, finger lime and aniseed myrtle. Makes for a delicious citrusy martini. A distinct style of Australian Single Malt Whisky, Morris Signature is finished in the world’s finest fortified wine barrels for exceptional flavour. Distilled, aged, and crafted in Rutherglen, Victoria using only 100% Australian malted barley at the family brewery, with water sourced directly from the Snowy Mountains positioned to the East. Distilled with original re-conditioned 1930s Whitehill copper-pot and column still named “Aurora” and matured in hand selected ex-wine barrels from family-owned wineries in Barossa and Coonawarra. Wonderfully well-rounded balancing sweet, floral, and biscuit aromas with a richness and warmth of caramel, marzipan, and dark berry flavours. The palate is well rounded with a pleasantly delicate mouth feel and culminates in a long finish, with a refreshing aftertaste that lingers on the palate.

The 2003 Seven Acre Shiraz displays typical flavours of plum, blackberry with slight hints of pepper and dark chocolate. The lacy tannin structure balances the wine tremendously and really reminds you why Greenock Creek are producing some of the world's best wines.
