Colour is dark plum. Lifted black fruit aromas with a hint of cola and spice. Plush, textured and brimming with luscious black fruits and chocolate with hints of Indian spice. Rich and big breasted, like Dolly Parton.

This iconic red wine is a tribute to the Barossa region. Deep red in colour with ruby hues, this wine displays aromas of blackberries and plums supported by subtle hints of pepper and spice. The palate is rich, round and persistent with concentrated berry fruit and hints of aniseed. Twelve months barrel maturation in seasoned and new oak has enhanced the complexity, grainy tannins and length of flavour.

Treated three distinct ways, juniper is the centrepiece of Never Never Triple Juniper Gin. Carefully chosen botanicals give this gin a contemporary taste that will delight gin lovers. The make up of the gin creates mild cloudiness when chilled, considered an indication of flavour.

The 2015 Steading has a fragrancy, purity of fruit, mid-palate concentration and savoury tannin profile that makes it an exemplary wine. Vibrant aromas of violet, star anise hints of violet and spice all unfold to reveal an impressive array of underlying fruit flavours. Silky, succulent dark fruits, black olive, savoury earth, liquorice and Asian spice. These complex yet elegant flavours are all neatly interwoven with a perfect balance of acidity and supple, silky tannins. The 2015 Steading will continue to develop with time in the cellar, and provide those with patience great enjoyment well into the next decade.

Old Hands acknowledges that many of the Barossas finestvineyards are owned by long-time grape growers with years ofexperience, often with the benefit of advice from pastgenerations. Made in a generous Barossa style the aromas of redfruits, sweet spice and cedar are complemented by a dense andripe palate of dark fruits, chocolate, soft tannin and length offlavour.

Strong Cabernet traits of black coffee, dark mint chocolate and earthy notes, whilst the Barossa Shiraz shines through the glass with aromas of plum, dark cherry and spice. Vibrant and complex, the Cabernet notes continue on the palate, whilst the thick and luxurious Shiraz provides lovely dark cherry and spice with a smook as cream finish.
