Spring Bay Tasmanian Pink Gin

Family owned Distillery located in Spring Bay Tasmania. Botanicals: 11 including 3 local botanicals (Native Bush Pepper, Lemon Myrtle, Tasmanian Wattleseed). Botanicals are steeped for 24 to 48 hours then additional Juniper and Liquorice Root are vapour infused in the neck of our copper pot still to give a traditional Juniper flavour at the front of the palate through to a sweet liquorice finish. This gin is triple distilled giving the spirit an ultra-smooth flavour despite the higher than normal ABV. Nose: Immediate sweet floral notes of juniper, liquorice and spice. Palate: From a bright and sweet juniper opening, the flavours build across the palate to include perfumed floral notes, bright citrus and a crescendo culminating in a big, warm and comforting glow of star anise and liquorice root. Finish: A round smooth mouthfeel from this oily spirit gives way to a fine clean finish of liquorice and spice.

Cotswolds Single Malt Whisky

Our Cotswolds Single Malt Whisky is the first whisky ever distilled in the Cotswolds. We use 100% locally grown, floor-malted barley and mature the whisky in first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels and reconditioned red wine casks. Rich, fruity and sippable with notes of honey, Seville orange marmalade and dark red fruits. Tasting Notes Nose: Notes of honey and butterscotch layered with light fruits (peaches & apricots), a hint of marzipan. Palate: Strong notes of tannin-rich malt, oils and dark sugar with lots of spice, caramelised Seville orange marmalade. Finish: Long and resinous, with dark red fruits and a hint of treacle.

Kyoto Distillery Ki No bi Sei Dry Gin

Our interpretation of a traditional British Navy Strength gin, KI NO BI SEI is made using the same production method with 11 botanicals distilled in 6 distinct flavour categories: the final blend has been recalibrated to bring out the botanicals at maximum intensity. High proof allows the distinct taste of KI NO BIs flavour profile to prevail. Its punchy at first on the palate, still has the cleanness and harmony. All essences of flavours are enhanced in good balance.

Kyoto Distillery Ki No Bi Dry Gin

KI NO BI (The Beauty of the Seasons) is inspired by tradition and distilled, blended and bottled in Kyoto. We collaborate with the craftsmen and artisans of Kyoto who refine their skills in the legacy of the generations before them, working continuously in the cultural heart of Japan. Japans first dedicated gin distillery was founded with the sole intention of creating the finest gin possible: made from rice spirit and, wherever possible, using locally sourced botanicals, including yuzu, gyokuro tea and sansho pepper. The Founders are inspired by Kyoto culture, art, craftmanship and agriculture.

Glenfiddich 14 Year Old Single Malt Bourbon Barrel Reserve

From Scotlands biggest-selling single malt producer comes a whisky that was never meant to leave the shores of the USA. With the history making, limited-edition Glenfiddich 14 Year Old Bourbon Barrel Reserve, the distillery has done something its never done before.Created in Dufftown at the heart of Speyside and exclusively finished in virgin American oak, Glenfiddich 14 Year Old Bourbon Barrel Reserve delivers the balance and sophistication of Scotland with a sweet kick of Kentucky. After spending 14 years in ex-Bourbon barrels, the whisky was then meticulously transferred into new American oak barrels built especially for Glenfiddich by the Kelvin Cooperage in Louisville Kentucky.Having originally been founded on the banks of the River Kelvin in Glasgow in 1963, Kelvin Cooperage packed up shop and moved to Kentucky in 1991. Perhaps it was no coincidence that they made the move at the same time as the Scotch industry was in the middle of a massive downturn, with many distilleries putting down minimal spirit or even worse getting mothballed. Regardless, the decision to move was a good one, allowing them to focus their energy on being closer to the source of the casks that make up around 90% of the Single Malt industry. And the oak that was selected for Glenfiddich was as close to the source as you could get. Bent into place, toasted and then charred to exact specifications, its created the perfect cask complement, adding an even deeper complexity to the worlds most awarded single malt. The result? One of the most delightfully enjoyable Glenfiddichs weve ever tasted: you could spend an entire night just nosing it! Bottled at 43%, youll find sweet pineapple, shortbread and roasted almonds on a divinely creamy chewy palate; lemon meringue, lychee and flaming marshmallows on the nose; and a soft lingering finish of Jersey Caramels, chocolate-orange swirl and lightly buttered toast.Weve tried, tested, and deemed it delicious, and finally the Clubs first Glenfiddich Whisky of the Month since 2016 is here. At $120.00 this is a Glenfiddich with a big Bourbon soul, and one youll want sitting on your whisky shelf. This one-off bottling is exclusive to the Club in Australia, and the first and only time youll see an official Glenfiddich 14 Year OldBourbon Barrel Reserve outside the USA, all thanks to the mighty buying power of Australias biggest whisky community. Deanston Virgin Oak Single Malt Whisky

Crafted by hand, this Deanston is first matured in ex-bourbon casks from a family run cooperage in Kentucky, creating its subtle but zesty character. The Golden Spirit is then finished in Virgin Oak casks, adding subtle spicy aromas. The result is a dram that warms the heart as well as the conversation. Deanston Virgin Oak sits between premium bourbons, and non-age statement Scotch whiskies. For the consumer, this means a link from bourbon to Scotch, in both price & flavour.
