Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin

Yarra Valley makes some of the finest wines in the world. In 2015, Four Pillars combined Rare Dry Gin with some of the best Shiraz Grapes in Australia to create Bloody Shiraz Gin for the first time. 2018 release has great depth of colour compared to previous releases. Flavour-wise it's showing dark fruit, red berry and spice. There is also plenty of that classic Yarra Shiraz white pepper. And of course a lovely ginny character carries those grape aromas, making it unmistakably gin. The palate is lovely and sweet, with long juniper and spice characters to finish.

Malfy Gin

Malfy is a zesty citrus and yet classically complex gin. It's key botanical additions are lemon peels sourced from the Italian coastline that are steeped in alcohol and pressed in a basket press. The infusion is then blended with juniper and other botanicals before distillation. Enjoy a Malfy Martini or Malfy on the rocks.

Edinburgh Gin

This is a classic, juniper-forward London Dry style gin. Amongst the recipes thirteen botanicals is a nod to Scotland, with native cobnuts and black mulberry. This is a refined, crisp gin with a distinctively smooth finish. Clean and fresh on the nose, whilst the palate offers juniper, pine and lavender. Bright citrus gives away to a soft, round finish.

Greenall's Wild Berry Gin

Greenall's Wild Berry London Dry Gin is distilled by G&J Greenall's, England's oldest gin distillers, and the first expression of the 1761 Greenall's The Original London Dry Gin. The recipe was inspired from the blackberries growing in English hedgerows. Nose: Subtle red fruit balanced with rounded juniper notes and fresh citrus flavours. Taste: Silky smooth opening that develops into rich camphor and citrus taste with underlying fruity touch. Finish: Medium length with delicate sweetness.

36 Short Original Gin

Gordons Dry Gin

Founded by Alexander Gordon in 1769, the Gordon's recipe has remained almost untouched since its creation. Triple-distilled, the gin contains juniper berries, coriander seeds and angelica root to name a few. Enjoy in a classic Gin and Tonic.

Patient Wolf Gin

Patient Wolf is born from a belief that well-crafted and considered things have no fear of time. The crucial mix of attitude, insight, native and exotic botanicals, pure Australian water and innovative distilling process define this hand-crafted Gin. Distilled in small batches in a custom built 230L Müller copper still, fresh ruby grapefruit, native aniseed myrtle, cubeb pepper and tonka beans are used to create this Gin. 36 Short Blood Orange Gin

36 Short Gin is flavoured with subtle aromatics of sweet herbaceousness, a spicy citrus lift with a hint of fresh pine and resinous notes.

Fernet-Branca Liqueur

A household name in Italy and a cult hit abroad, Fernet-Branca also made its name as one of the popular drink in Argentina. Its thick, bitter flavour and spices, makes it something of an acquired taste. It was said to contain more than 27 different herbs and spices including aloe, rhubarb, and saffron, sourced from four continents. Popular served at room temperature or over ice.
