This is fruit-forward and very fresh, with appealing gooseberry flavours and herbal nuances with a note of ginger. Distinctly varietal, Bream Creek Sauvignon Blanc has aromas typical of a cool climate Sauvignon. It's fresh and persistent palate has delightful fruit and a refreshing finish. It is ideal accompaniment for a range of fine foods and is best served chilled.

A quite amazing wine. Gains weight and texture from ultra low yield, highly concentrated fruit and a combination of fermentation methods.

With its generous aromas of lifted white pear, stone fruit, wild flowers, grilled nuts; the palate delivers a balanced tight mineral acidic line, white stone fruits and melons, supported by prominent oak barrel.
