A classically racy, punchy Margaret River SBS with exuberant fruit and freshness. The Semillon comes from 20 year old vines rooted in the North Block gravels and sees a small amount (13 per cent) of barrel fermentation. This component supplies some texture to complement the wine's crunchy lime, lemongrass, grapefruit and herbal notes.

This enticing Credaro Kinship Chardonnay features a pale straw colour with bright green highlights lurking throughout. The attractive bouquet exudes scents of cashew, citrus, pear, nectarine and white flowers. The palate is soft and medium to full bodied, containing fresh citrus and stone fruit flavours supported by creamy biscuit undertones. These fruit elements integrate with a fine layer of mineral acidity to provide an elegant structure and a captivating climax. With a cellaring potential of 3 to 5 years, this delightful Chardonnay pairs best with vegetable terrines, steamed fish and pastas.

This pale straw hued Best Blocks Chardonnay presents green highlights along the edges. The fragrant bouquet exhibits intense aromas of white peach, nectarine and apricot. The rich and creamy palate contains flavours of crisp nectarine, lemon curd and apricot, balanced by taut lemon acidity. This wonderful Chardonnay culminates in a generous and seamless finish, marked by nougat and hazelnut characters. With a cellaring potential up to three years, this alluring Miles From Nowhere Chardonnay has been crafted to be relished upon release. Pair it with mushroom risotto and creamy seafood to appreciate its grand fruit flavours.

The juicy grapes used to produce Best Blocks Cabernet Sauvignon were harvested, and crushed into stainless steel fermenters. The juice obtained was pumped over and left on skins. This deep red-hued Cabernet Sauvignon showcases a brick red haze. The aromatic nose flaunts pleasing scents of ripe berries and dry herbs such as aniseed and sage. These fragrances make way for a rich and soft palate filled with concentrated fruit flavours and balanced tannins. This full-bodied Cab Sauv ends in an elegant, yet powerful and long finish. Made for consumption upon release, this mouth watering red wine has the potential to be cellared for six years. It tastes fantastic with mustard and herb crusted rack of lamb, served with sautéed vegetables.

Aromas of lemon, peaches and tropical fruits are followed by pure, clean and intense flavours on the palate. Fine, persistent flavours with balanced acid and a long finish. An exceptionally elegant wine, showing the benefit of careful oak treatment.

No other variety allows the winemaker so much room to move in terms of flavour modification in the winery. In this wine we have used barrel fermentation in 25% new oak puncheons, juice MLF, wild yeast fermentation, yeast lees stirring and some solids inclusion in the ferment.
