A deep crimson red which opens with the classical Margaret River nose...fresh varietal notes of bright berried fruits, briar and sea spray, followed by wafts of chocolate and mocha with subtle spiced oak aromas. A medium to full bodied palate shows cassis and Satsuma plum characteristics, leading into the sweet mid-palate depth of chocolate and mocha, finishing with defined talents. The wine is elegant and shows great length of flavour and well-structured palate line. 'Pure and fragrant, expect a nose layered with cassis, blackcurrant, leaf and dusty spice rack spices, while in your mouth it's pure, beautifully structured, fine and dry. A dark crimson red with good depth. Lovely aromas of dark plums and red berry fruits, complexed by a hint of smokiness. The delicious fresh berry fruit flavours are balanced by the drying tannins, a hallmark of this variety. There's an attractive smoky plum fruit character and the long dry finish gives a good length of flavour.

Aromas of graphite, mineral, juicy black cherries and spicy oak. Softly textured, fresh and vibrant, black cherry and earthy beetroot. Fine, long acid finish.

An authentic style of Tempranillo with well resolved tannins and great length of flavour. Some new American oak maturation has imparted a rich toasty vanillin oak note to balance the spicy cherry fruit and earthy flavours of the variety.

A beautifully soft and supple shiraz displaying all the virtues of this variety. Aromas of plum laced with dark chocolate and roasted coffee bean. The palate comes together beautifully with the integration of fine-grained oak and silky fine tannins. A little blue fruit character edges in on the nose before moving into the palate.
