Domaine Paul Jaboulet Hermitage La Chapelle
PAUL JABOULET HERMITAGE LA CHAPELLE
A legendary cru... Over centuries, this mythical cru has built its reputation on a single hill and an epic history. La Chapelle comes from the blending of the greatest Western terroirs of the Hermitage. Very old Syrah vines - 40-100 years old.
Domaine Jean Louis Chave Cotes du Rhone Mon Coeur
Alain Jaume Dom Clos Sixte Lirac
APPEARANCE: Intense inky colour. AROMA: On the nose, aromas of red and black ripe fruit (kirsch and wild blackberry) are dominant. PALATE: The mouth is full, with aromas of blackcurrant liquor and spice. Tannins are both harmonious and elegant thanks to the fleshy of the wine. The end display hints of liquorice and vanilla, which give to the wine length and complexity.
Alain Jaume Champauvins Cotes du Rhone
AROMA: It reveals lovely fruit, loads of body and a heady bouquet of ground peppers, raspberries cherry liqueur, currants, and spice box. PALATE: Full-bodied and dense, it tastes more like a “baby Châteauneuf” than a Côtes du Rhône. A complete wine, rich and elegant, thanks to the harmony of all the elements which make it up.
L'Abeuradou Les Causses Calcaires
Elegant and harmonious, this wine is a very singular expression of the calcareous terroir of north-western Minervois. The calcareous soils characterize the wines with blackcurrant aromas combined with redcurrants, vanilla, and chocolate leading into a silky smooth palate, with the hedonism of dark chocolate held in check by an undertow of fresh minerality. The finish is long and complex.
Chateau St Martin Grande Reserve Rose
The top-of-the-tree release, the Cru Classe Cotes de Provence is still the benchmark for Rose across the World. Pungent and highly nuanced, it features pale peach and star jasmine aromas. Full-bodied and velvety on the palate and finishes long with hints of Kumquat fruit.
