We produce product of passion, perseverance, people & place. Tasting Note: This Shiraz builds mouthfeel and rich fruit flavour, with medium bodied tannin complexity. It is a wonderfully round, complex wine that has all the hallmarks of a classic Australian Red. Winemaker’S Note: From our nothern block in Wrattonbully. Aged in predominantly older oak to ensure the richness of fruit is preserved and minimal tannin is absorbed. Vintage Note: A warm October and November advanced budburst andflowering by about two weeks earlier than average.March then saw more stable and mild conditionswhich allowed for a slower finish to the season andensured enough time for tannins to ripen and flavourto develop.

Situated in the heart of the Limestone Coast, Reschke benefits from optimal vineyard soils characterised by thin layers of rich red loams overlaying ancient limestone. This distinct combination provides the perfect foundation for grapevine growth, allowing Reschke to consistently craft high-quality wines that capture the essence of the region. N Z by Nature Marlborough Pinot Noir is a generous and elegant wine. The even balance of dark berry fruit flavours with fine ripe tannins leads to rich, generous finish. An ideal wine to pair with roast duck.

The Portrait wines embody the original promise Peter Lehmann made to the growers to make wines that show the true character of the Barossa. Collectively, these wines present a portrait of the region with a selection of the traditional varietals that made it famous. A vivacious wine, with balance and structure, made from dry grown low-yielding bush Grenache and a touch of Shiraz. The colour is a delicate salmon pink with an aroma of early picked raspberries and strawberries. It is a refreshing, dry Rosé style ideal for casual sipping or as an accompaniment to lighter food dishes - served lightly chilled and drink it while it is young and fresh.

Intriguing aromas of rose petals and a summer pudding of lifted red fruits, berries and a hit of cinnamon and Asian spice. The palate is opulent, with intense red berries balanced by soft velvety tannins and supple oak with great balance from the acid reknown in Barossa Grenache. 'The cold, wet 2011 vintage hit the Barossa Valley particularly hard, wiping out huge tracts of vineyards. Dandelion's blend, then, came as a delightful surprise a tender, juicy, seductive drop that made the bottle seem too small. It's a blend of grenache (85 per cent), shiraz (10 per cent) and mataro (aka mourvedre or monastrell). The back label hints at how winemaker Elena Brooks and the Dandelion crew saved the day, "handpicking selected bunches" (that is, avoiding the rotten ones) of the three varieties for co-fermentation and ultimate success. This juicy Cabernet is from a boutique family winery in the Gilbert Valley between Clare and the Barossa, where the focus is on sustainable, organic farming practices. Deep red purple in appearance. Bright and lifted dark cherry and cola aromas. Full-bodied with masses of red and black fruit, underlying clove and anise complexity, deep tannins and a plush finish. Drink young and fresh.

The palate is fresh with fruit sweetness perfectly balanced with the crisp acidity that leaves you refreshed. Winemaker’S Note: This non-vintage blend is blended from several vintages to combine the freshness and crisp flavours of young Chardonnay with the texture and complexity of an aged base wine. The 10% Pinot Noir in the blend adds a roundness and lenght to the mouthfeel. Vintage Note: The base wines are a blend of multiple vintages dating back to 2006. The older wine gives some honey characters whislt the young wine gives freshness.
