Sourced from one of France's most underrated Chardonnay appellations comes this delicious white from Limoux. Domaine Astruc has bright gold in colour, this oak-matured Chardonnay from the Languedoc displays rich aromas of hazelnut and cashew. The palate is restrained and textured with citrus flavours and crisp acidity.

A wine with distinct regional characters, Robert Stein Cabernet Sauvignon has core blackcurrant fruits and earthiness aromas on the nose. The deliciously ripe forest fruits and sweet spice fills the palate and the structured acidity and the grainy tannins add to a lengthy finish.

A delicate ‘Provencal’ style rose with wonderful aromas of bright berry fruit, floral honeysuckle and citrus. Cuvee Bijou Terre de Providence has a light, crisp and fresh palate. It is a full-flavoured rose and has a silky, smooth finish.

This Estate was created in 1960, at the place known as Crès Ricards, in the village of Ceyras. In 2010 Jean-Claude Mas acquired the 27 ha (69 acres) belonging to the Château, extending the estate to 42 ha in 2013. He was fascinated by the fantastic terroir of the Terrasses du Larzac, which produces silky wines with intense flavors. At the foot of Mont Baudile, 35 km to the west of Montpellier, this vineyard offers a unique geography. Yields are low because of the strict grape selection and carbonic maceration is used to produce generous wines. Made from 70% Syrah and 30% Grenache and matured in new and older French oak for 10 months. The wine is at once full bodied and fresh, with notes of intense black currant, black cherry and mocha gliding to a silky, rich finish.

Typically, this vibrant and juicy wine is pale coloured with intense grapefruit, lime, herb garden, camomile aromas, lovely fresh grapefruit, tropical fruit, lemon curd flavours, fine lacy textures and superb cutting acidity. The silk screened flower bottle neatly captures and sells the floral aromatics and prettiness of the wine. This is very much a warmer climate style with plenty of expression, freshness and flavour. Cote des Roses celebrates the Mediterranean lifestyle. The Languedoc appellation stretches alongside the Mediterranean coast. The soils are highly varied, mainly with hard limestone and schist, but also gravel transported fromthe rivers of the Languedoc region. The bottle is original with its base in the shape of a rose, created by a young designer from the Ecole Boulle. A wine to be given in the same way you would offer a bunch of roses! The grapes are harvested late September once they are perfectly ripe. The yields are controlled to ensure a good concentration and elegant tannins.This wine reveals aromas of fresh fruit such as Morello cherry, wild raspberry and spices. On the mouth the full texture is velvety with silky tannins, and an elegant, well-balanced finish.
