Adnams Single Malt vodka is distilled from East Anglian malted barley. Adnams Masterbrewer, Fergus Fitzgerald, makes a beer 'wash' which is fermented without the addition of hops. Our head distiller, John McCarthy, then takes this beer and puts it through a 'beer stripping' column, copper pot stills and finally rectification columns which concentrate and purify to create a clean, pure spirit. The unfiltered result is a beautifully smooth vodka, with natural sweetness from our locally-grown barley, and plenty of character from our hand-made copper pot still. Head Distiller Graham Buller collected prime barrels of Scotch whisky and American Bourbon whiskey, with a dream of creating his perfect blend. The Scotch has an average of five years barrel maturation and the Bourbon two, while the final blend has gone back into bourbon barrels for finishing.

Macduff distillery is located near the mouth of the River Deveron, where the river meets the sea. Sheltered from the worst of the seaboard storms and winter winds, this tranquil spot has seen the creation of The Deveron malt whisky for many a decade. Using five small copper pot stills and unusual horizontal condensers that gently coax extra character from the spirit, The Deveron is a light, fruity and approachable spirit with some hints of nutty notes.

One of the most striking-looking new releases around, this bone-jangling, sepulchral, triple-distilled whiskey was once entombed in oloroso sherry butts. A nose of baked apple and sultana, rolled marzipan, sesame seeds, and roasted spices. Smooth tasting, with dark fleshy fruits, mixed peel, chocolate, walnut; the taut spicy middle section dies back to baked oranges. Finish includes dried fruit, lemon zest and oak spice delight the palate, before finishing with a woody and honeyed sweetness.
