The Whistler 5 Year Old Bodega Cask Single Malt is a triple distilled whiskey that has been wholly matured in the finest Spanish Sherry Butts for its whole life. These butts were sourced from our partners in the famed Bodegas of Jerez de la Frontera.

Nose: Salted caramel and vanilla jump out of the glass with light oak spices and undertones of zesty citrus, honey and a hint of nuts. Palate: Honey and creamy vanilla come to the fore with light oak spices that are all followed by the zesty citrus peel. A deliciously drinkable whiskey.

Our Double Barrel has sucked the marrow out of two casks, Bourbon and Oloroso. They each bring their own unique flavour and character. While the Bourbon barrels add, among other things, sweet, smooth vanilla notes, the Oloroso casks layer on those dried fruit and slightly nutty flavours. Absolut Elyx is a new super-premium single-batch vodka from the makers of Absolut. Every batch is produced in a hand-operated still from 1929, with columns, pumps and hand-forged pipes made of copper, making use of coppers natural purifying properties. It is the result of genuine craftsmanship and manual operation in every detail of the process. Only natural ingredients are used and every part of the production, from planting of the first wheat seeds to bottling, is performed within a 25km radius in the Ahus region of Southern Sweden. Every batch is carefully tasted and approved before it is bottled making Absolut Elyx a truly luxurious experience.

To add a depth of character Teeling Single Grain is exclusively fully matured in Californian Cabernet Sauvignon wine barrels which creates very distinctive rich amber colour while imparting strong spicy notes and lush red berries and grape flavours. Like all the Teeling Whiskeys, it's bottled at 46% with no chill filtration, allowing for all the natural flavours of the Whiskey to be retained. Made through the combination of unique ingredients, predominately maize/corn, and the modern technique of column distillation producing an exceptionally clean smooth and sweet Irish whiskey.
