Domaine Paul Corneau is located in the hamlet of Bouchot in Pouilly- sur-Loire. Paul started with a family heritage of 5 ha of vines in 1977. Domaine Paul Corneau Pouilly-Fumé is generous and unctuous. Very appealing on the nose with notes of citrus (tangerines, oranges), the mouth confirms the first olfactory sensations and elegantly displays a subtle balance of fresh fruit aromas (peach, lemon, blackcurrant) supported by a silky, refreshing smokey finale typical of Pouilly-Fumé wines.

The same beautiful combination of spices and sweetness as our Original Recipe red mulled wine, but in a light white wine. This one tastes great chilled as well as heated, and makes a great base for a white mulled wine sangria or a mulled wine elderflower spritz! Perfect for white wine drinkers or if you're after something a little lighter in alcohol.

A unique, flavoursome and very intense medium-bodied wine with flinty, almost salty notes, passionfruit flavours and a dry finish. Pairs exquisitely with raw oysters, tempura vegetables and delicate white fish like flounder and crayfish with lemongrass.

The 2020 vintage offers a complex nose of blackcurrants, boxwood, and subtle hints of tarragon, followed by lemon and exotic fruits all underpinned by minerality. The palate is tangy and fresh with a lovely richness echoing the fruit flavors found on the nose. Very elegant with a long, complex finish.
