These days its a scarcity to find Pinot Noir in the Hunter Valley but Scarborough are firm believers in the style and select the best fruit possible to create a non-vintage style that is the best interpretation of the variety. Aromas of lemon curd, lime, grass and lanolin flow off the nose of this elegant Verdelho. The linear palate contains lime and lemon flavours supported by grippy acidity, finishing in a dry climax.

This attractive Rose was given its seductive pink hue after the juice made gentle contact with Merlot grape skins. It has vibrant raspberry and cherry aromas with a hint of blackcurrant. The palate is light, crisp and clean. Consume slightly chilled, with good friends and a wide range of cuisines.

The grapes used to craft this wine were hand-picked in late January from Majors Lane Vineyard. De Iuliis Single Vineyard Semillon is a pale lime green-hued wine with an alcohol level of 10.5%. The lifted nose exudes floral and zesty citrus aromas while the palate is crisp and clean with citrus flavours, balanced by an innate mineral acidity that leads to a lingering finale. With a cellaring potential till 2021, this vibrant wine is a great match for seafood and roasted chicken with orange and thyme.

Audrey Wilkinsons Merlot is a mellow, easy approaching style that is packed with ripe plum aromas and subtle oak. It is matured in French and American oak for 18 months, giving the wine soft tannins and a flavoursome finish.

The Stockhausen Chardonnay was created by Briar Ridge in a style paying homage to the pioneers of the Hunter Valley around 40 years ago. It is rich and creamy with ripe peach and tropical notes.
