HISTORY Château de Laubade was built in 1870 in the heart of the noblest area of the AOC Bas Armagnac and is today the premier Armagnac property. Retaining the elegant warmth of Miyagikyo malt, peat brings out a mellow sweetness and more solid body. Nikka says it has the sweetness of raisins and dry cherries, and a light yet firm peatiness.

The world’s first rested, super-premium young potato vodka. Naturally gluten-free, Family Reserve features a special variety of young potato that was planted during the 2016 growing season in the rich, dark soil of the estate fields surrounding the distillery. The potatoes were harvested when they were still young, producing a sweeter tasting profile with delicate earthy notes. The spirit was then left undisturbed in fifty-year-old Polish oak barrels for two years to allow time for it to rest and mellow before being bottled, by hand. The 2019 Rockford Basket Press Shiraz is a profound expression of traditional Barossa winemaking. This vintage was characterized by a warm and dry growing season which resulted in tiny berries with immense flavor concentration. Sourced from a network of independent growers with ancient dry grown vines this Shiraz is still processed using a 100 year old vertical basket press to ensure gentle extraction and a soft mouthfeel.
