Made in the traditional Italian style, fruit was sourced predominantly from the Del Rios vineyard in Victoria and gently pressed using airbag presses and the resulting free run juice was then chilled to 4 degrees and filtered before fermentation. Post fermentation the wine was cold stabilised and lightly fined before being cold filtered ready for bottling. Tropical fruit and pear flavours and hints of citrus provide a fresh, clean, crisp style with a medium bodied palate. A delicate aroma of pear and passionfruit with floral undertone.

McGuigan Black Label Verdelho is a great example of the aromatic style that shows attractive ripe tropical flavours with crisp acidity. A wonderful alternative for lovers of Sauvignon Blanc who love the freshness of the style.

Sa, whho has won hhundreds and hundreds of Golds over the years (plus some MAJOR Trophhies) hhas always handled this Italian white grape superbly, and you will love it every bit as much as the show judges.
