The current release of the Fire Gully Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is a superb exampe of the blend. Howard Park Sauvignon Blanc contains a fragrant nose of snow peas and guava with a little passionfruit which is a precursor to a palate that's juicy and tight with citrus acidity. A barrel fermented component ensures that there is a level of complexity that separates it from its contemporaries.

Great flavours of gooseberry and passionfruit with a nice subtlety from the addition of Semillon. A fantastic food-wine, especially with fresh seafood.

Light straw green. A great expression of Sauvignon Blanc, with white flowers notes and tropical fruit aromas. A marvellous amalgam of pomelo, guava, cumquat with great minerality on the finish. Whiting, brown butter and pomegranate salad. This quality wine was produced on a certified Biodynamic, Carbon Neutral and naturally powered estate. It was produced from Sauvignon Blanc harvested exclusively from the familys Mangan Vineyard and on the day when the moon was opposite Saturn.

This Blanc is a crisp straw colour, offering a romantic glow through it when held up to the sunshine or a dinner-time candle. The blend is made with majority Sauvignon Blanc grapes plus a handful of Chenin Blanc. The result is a classic dry white, with enough sweetness to give your taste buds something to dance around. The fruit comes from our Quindalup vineyard and is simply made in a stainless steel tank for freshness.
