Peychauds Bitters are produced according to the original recipe at Buffalo Trace Distillery. Its taste is sweet with slight hints of cherry, clove and nutmeg on the nose. Paychaud's is an important element in the Sazerac Cocktail and can also be used in a Manhattan, an Old-Fashioned and many other classic cocktails.

Angostura Orange Bitters is freshly made from oranges naturally ripened in sun-drenched Caribbean sunshine. Sourced from lush orchards in Trinidad, the oranges are hand-picked by select citrus growers and harvested only within the rainy season to ensure ultimate freshness. With an unmatched depth of flavour, Angostura Orange Bitters is an exotic and versatile bitters that works incredibly well with vodka, gin and whisky, and adds real depth of flavour to rum cocktails.

The Hip Sip Muscat has a rich amber colour. Aromas of raisins, candied peel and spice with notes of sweet butterscotch. The palate is intense showing the benefit of time in barrel with concentrated fruit and lovely balanced sweetness. Hip Sip does its ageing in the old oak barrels prior to bottling and will not age further in the bottle. Once opened it should be consumed in about a month.

Packaged in it's iconic spherical bottle, Chambord is a regal liqueur that is derived from the richest black raspberries and then concentrated into liqueur form. A must have in any drinks cabinet it is a regular in cocktail circles.

The Bitter Truths Lemon Bitters was the first lemon bitters on the national and international market when released in 2006. The Lemon Bitters is fresh, fruity and tangy with an intense citrus aroma and flavourful notes of coriander and cardamom. Primarily suited for drinks based on clear sprits like Gin, Vodka, Blanco Tequila and Light Rum but works well with most drinks.

Rosso Antico is a blend of Italian wine and aromatic herbs that creates a wonderfully refreshing drink. Can be used in a wide array of cocktails or simply served on its own over ice, garnished with a fresh lemon slice.
