Domaine Paul Corneau is located in the hamlet of Bouchot in Pouilly- sur-Loire. Paul started with a family heritage of 5 ha of vines in 1977. Domaine Paul Corneau Pouilly-Fumé is generous and unctuous. Very appealing on the nose with notes of citrus (tangerines, oranges), the mouth confirms the first olfactory sensations and elegantly displays a subtle balance of fresh fruit aromas (peach, lemon, blackcurrant) supported by a silky, refreshing smokey finale typical of Pouilly-Fumé wines.

Howard Park Leston Cabernet Sauvignon, a wine of good structure and power. Bright red crimson in colour. Red currant fruits, a hint of violets and oak on the nose. This full bodied wine had great elegance on the palate and a lengthy finish. No doubt one of the best example of the region.

The St Andrews Cabernet from Taylors has fine tannins and opulent cassis and fresh blackberry fruit are combined with cedar oak notes that make for a lovely drinking wine for now or something for the medium term section of your cellar.

In recent years Tarrawarra Estate Reserve Chardonnay has definately turned down the volume and has become a refined and elegant Yarra Valley style chardonnay with lovely citrus zest and white peach flavours. Complimented by a smooth and rich mouthfeel, every bit a quality Chardonnay.

Yabby Lake Chardonnay is a fine, elegantly structured Chardonnay which is still developing. Subtle, toasty oak provides a background for the citrus and white peach flavours and the acidity lingers and extends the finish.

Pascal Jolivet is an authority when it comes to beautiful, crisp and refreshing Sauvignon Blanc from its ancestral home. Wild ferment and no added yeast, Pascal Jolivet is elegant, powerful and balanced. Characters of wet slate the unique profile of gun flint. Extraordinary.

The 2008 marks the 25th anniversary of Dalwhinnie Chardonnay in the Pyrenees in western Victoria, and the wine is still not missing a beat. With less oak used now than in previous vintages, the wine exhibits magnificent citrus and mineral flavours and aromas with a delicate honey flavour notes and texture. A truly elegant wine.

Representing the pinnacle of any given vintage, the Deep Woods Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon from the very low yielding original vines on the estate in the Yallingup region of Margaret River and a single growers vineyard in the Yallingup hills. Wynns Black Label Cabernet Sauvignon is the beacon of quality that all Australian Cabernet Sauvignon is compared to. Coming off the iconic red soils of Coonawarra, Wynns Black Label Cabernet Sauvignon is classic elegance. Chief winemaker, Sue Hodder, is able to craft a wine brimming with aromas of blackcurrant and plum that combine with spicy minty notes. The palate is well structured, long and fine. With the right cellaring condition, this could easily be a cellar gem.

Dalwhinnie are a boutique and cult winery in the western Victorian region of the Pyrenees. Known for full-boided reds with wonderful aromatic eucalypt lift, this Cabernet Sauvignon is a brilliant example of the Dalwhinnie style.
