Vedrenne is a French Living Heritage Company, based in Nuits Saint Georges, Burgundy. Since 1923, their liqueurs are some of the best in the world, gathering gold medals years after years. The Elderflower is no exception. NOSE: magnificient elderflower and fruity, finely peppery. PALATE: strong, persistent elderflower and ruity finish, with fresh notes of roses and litchi. Ideal with Gin, Champagne, for Ramos and Rickey's cocktails, and for somptuous flavoured Mojitos!

Named after the sundial erected in the vineyard in 1842, Wehlener Sonnenuhr is the most famous vineyard in the Mosel. J.J Prüm owns five hectares of this precious vineyard. Extremely steep with optimal south-south west exposure, it yields fragrantly floral wines with ripe stone fruit aromas, underlying slately minerality and wonderful depth of flavour and structure. The Auslese wines are typically more reticent when young showing vivid crystalline citrus fruit and a backbone of tingling minerally acidity that will carry it gracefully for decades.

The Wittmanns and their ancestors have been wine-growers in southern Rheinhessen since 1663. Since 1990, the family has cultivated the vineyards according to controlled ecological guidelines, and since 2004, bio-dynamically. This Riesling has a fine aroma of yellow fruits and apple, clear, elegant structure and juicy freshness. Dry with a juicy acidity which harmonises with the typical earthy mineral tones; great finish.

The current vintage of Dr. L Riesling evokes a walk through an orchard in the late summer: luscious pear, peach and apple aromas retain the crisp sweet tart quality of ripening fruit just before harvest. Highly recommended
