From the Lange family estate and vineyard situated in the picturesque Frankland River, tucked away in the far northwestern corner of the Great Southern. “This is a potent Chardonnnay of power and presence. For Ray Jordan it is "… a slightly riper and more generous style of riesling, especially on the nose, where you pick up more opulent notes of stone fruit and a little honey-like nectar. Barrel fermentation and maturation in French oak barriques with partial malolactic has imparted texture and complexity to the minerally grapefruit flavours of this Chardonnay from WA's south-west corner.

The überblanc Riesling is attributed to a über 2001 vintage, winemaker Nick Glaetzer experienced in the Pflaz region of Germany, learning first hand some of the award winning techniques used by their winemakers. Tasmanian grapes sourced for the wine display the core elements, highly regarded by the Pflaz winemakers for or elegantly structured and balanced Riesling. Delicate lime zest and floral aromas fill the glass. Further citrus flavours develop on the fresh mineral structure, enhanced by the juicy fruit flavours.

This attractive blend displays lively aromas of freshly cut grass, grapefruit, passionfruit and gooseberries. The primary fruit complexity on the mid palate maintains interest from start to finish.

The Cullen Amber Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is the first Amber wine made from Cullen Wines. It is a blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc coming from our certified Biodynamic vineyards. The idea behind this wine was to make a white wine like a red.

The Deep Woods Estate Hillside Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is a wine that can be enjoyed on release but will find further complexity over the next two to three years. The palate is clean and lively with tremendous depth of ripe stone-fruit and the aroma of nectarine, ripe citrus and white blossom.
