This classic Langhorne Creek Shiraz was specially produced using old vine fruit grown on the estate. It’s a rich, full bodied wine showing lifted aromatics of plums and dark chocolate.

On hot summer afternoons the cooling breeze of the ‘Lake Doctor’ arrives and revives vines and vignerons alike.

Aromas of sweet plum, ripe blackberry, red liquorice and a hint of smokey oak. The palate is generous and smooth with dark fruits of blackberry and white pepper. Fine tannins combine with the dusty oak tannins to provide a persistent fruit driven finish.
