The 2022 is the fresh follow up vintage of the Pink Duck – highly anticipated by many to be another showstopping blush. True to Sam’s Italian heritage, it’s made from nearly all Montepulciano with a splash of Vermentino to add extra lemony zip. A pretty hue, lovely ripe fruit and zesty freshness. No need to fly north for this one, it’s glorious drinking in any season.

Unlike most wines of the variety, our 2024 Special Release Pinot Gris is wildly unique, refined with minimal barrel aging to completely shift the dynamic of the blend.<br>Initial aromas show delicious characteristics of wild peach and crunchy green fruits like pear and apple, like a typical Pinot Gris. What really sets it apart is the notes of butter and vanilla on the palate balanced by a crisp acidity thanks to a short time in our French Oak barrels. Sam Trimboli LOVES Durif. He calls it a “stunning little powerhouse grape that develops astounding complexity”. The numberplate on his car even sports the word ‘Durif’, that’s how highly he rates it. The grapes for this wine come from a small vineyard that Sam helped establish in the 1980s and is now at peak maturity.

Joshua's Fault Chardonnay
Whole bunch picked and gently pressed, then barrel fermented with 25% new oak for 11 months. Grapes grown in the Canberra District with its cool climate ripen slowly, allowing more intense flavours to develop. This wine has a bright golden straw colour and aromas of stone fruit and gentle oak, ripe melon and grapefruit characters with a well-balanced, long lingering finish.
South Australia Shiraz Cabernet
Crafted from the premium Limestone Coast and Langhourne Creek vineyards, known for their exceptional fruit. COLOUR – Dark and Intense Red AROMA – Classic berry fruits, supported by plum and blackcurrant notes and toasty oak PALATE – Know as ‘the perfect pair’ Shiraz and Cabernet both complement each other to make this a complete wine. Delightful spice with cassis, mocha and licquorice the wine is full bodied with a bold but round finish.
