Subtle nose with subtle hints of white flowers, honeysuckle and sage. Round and supple in the mouth, this wine reveals beautiful minerality, freshness and a slight bitterness on the finish. Pale yellow colour. Aromas of rose petals, lemon blossom and citrus dominate the nose, while the palate is characterized by freshness due to the acidity, soft round texture and long aftertaste. An excellent aperitif wine. Goes well with seafood, fresh salads and pasta. It can be great companion to traditional Greek stews.

A lovely off white, copper hue to the wine. Not quite rose, but a really appealing blush. The nose has mandarin peel, fennel and a touch of funk and wet earth. Palate is racy, with cumquat and dried flower notes. Finishes with a vanilla note, and a savoury, phenolic bite. Theres skinsy and bunchy notes throughout, but they are in harmony with the pristine fruit and energy of a white wine from this cool, humid year.
