'Favourite Son' is what we all aspire to be - youthful and rich! Heralding from the pristine soils of the Limestone Coast, this Shiraz Tempranillo blend highlights the soft, yet structured styles of each variety. Fresh lively Shiraz brimming with blackberry, raspberry and plum is complemented by rustic and earthy Tempranillo. With aromas of dark blackcurrant, cedar, milk chocolate and violets, this wine is mouth-filling and rich with a fine tannin.

This juicy Cabernet is from a boutique family winery in the Gilbert Valley between Clare and the Barossa, where the focus is on sustainable, organic farming practices. Deep red purple in appearance. Bright and lifted dark cherry and cola aromas. Full-bodied with masses of red and black fruit, underlying clove and anise complexity, deep tannins and a plush finish. Drink young and fresh.

This Cabernet Sauvignon embodies bold notes of dark juicy plum and dark cherry. Touches of subtle oak, liquorice, and vanilla bean complete the rich round palate for instant enjoyment.

We produce product of passion, perseverance, people & place. Tasting Note: This Shiraz builds mouthfeel and rich fruit flavour, with medium bodied tannin complexity. It is a wonderfully round, complex wine that has all the hallmarks of a classic Australian Red. Winemaker’S Note: From our nothern block in Wrattonbully. Aged in predominantly older oak to ensure the richness of fruit is preserved and minimal tannin is absorbed. Vintage Note: A warm October and November advanced budburst andflowering by about two weeks earlier than average.March then saw more stable and mild conditionswhich allowed for a slower finish to the season andensured enough time for tannins to ripen and flavourto develop.

Blended Cabernet Sauvignon 40%, Shiraz 40% and Merlot 20%.

Tasting Note: This Pinot is a medium bodied, elegant example of what the cool climate of the Mount Gambier region can produce. The aroma has a dark cherry and raspberry lift with a touch of cedar. The palate is savoury and elegant, with subtle oak, fine tannin structure and hint of earthy spice on the finish. Winemaker’s Note: Grown in the limestone gravel soils of Mount Gambier, a region rich in volacnic history and home to the mysterious Blue Lake. Sourced from two blocks then cold soaked prior to fermentation. It spent 18 days on skins and then transferred to oak for 16 months, 10% new French. Vintage Note: 2022 was a strong vintage, with stable conditions and harvest starting a little later than recent years. This extended the growing season with a long and slow ripening period. The resultant wines are concentrated and intense with great fruit flavours and fine ripe tannins.
