From the recipe by Peter Josef Früh of the family brewery, this top-fermented specialty beer features the best ingredients and is brewed according to the German Purity Law. A favourite beer of Cologne, which became one of the city’s original since 1904. Kölsch is the distinctive beer of the city of Cologne which sits astride the Rhine in northern Germany. The brewing process makes Kölsch something of a cross between ale and lager and results in a wonderfully lemony, easy drinking beer. The soft, delicate hoppiness balances the fruity maltiness well and leads up to a clean, dry and fresh finish with just a hint of grapefruit - delicious.

Tooheys Old is a robustly flavoured Ale made with top fermentation Ale yeast. The beer is lightly hopped, and gets its darker colour from black malt. Fruity Ale-like esters blend well with subtle hoppiness, hints of coffee and chocolate to deliver a unique beer.

G.O.A.T. was first brewed as a small batch, specifically for the 2018 AIBA Awards. First brewed in 1998 to celebrate Shepherd Neame's tercentenary, this copper-bronze, bottle conditioned beauty is an intense yet uniquely intricate offering thrice-hopped during the brewing process. This adds rich resinous notes and spikes of citrus to a moreish strong ale already rife with notes of liquorice, Masala wine, caramel and spicy orange. A frisson of dark fruit freshens the finish.

Tooheys Extra Dry is Australia's fifth highest selling beer (Nielsen April 2010) and is well known for its clean, crisp taste. Its dry finish is achieved by an extended fermentation, ensuring minimal residual fermentable sugars. Wonderful fruity, malty notes accompany a mellow middle palate, leaving a clean aftertaste.

Brewed and bottled in Germany since 1886, Erdinger has a brewing heritage of over 125 years. This is a hazy pale yellow brew, rich with yeasty, spiced bright citrus with a long mellow finish. Serve Chilled.
