The first New Zealand winery to produce Sauvignon Blanc delivers a classic wine full of tropical fruit and citrus. The grapes for this Lighter Sauvignon Blanc were harvested from carefully selected early-ripening vineyard sites, enabling the alcohol content to be naturally 25% lighter. This light vibrant wine smells like summer, with a lively palate of passionfruit and grapefruit flavours. Perfect on its own or with fresh summer salads.
