Sourced from up to 100 year old bush vine Grenache. Deep dark red core with black shaded edges and a bright red hue. Sailing from the glass are vibrant aromatics of raspberry, red cherry and red liquorice infused with fresh herbs followed by some delicate spicy earth notes. Rich succulent dark raspberry, ripe cherry and red liquorice fruits are delivered with excellent intensity across the mid weighted palate. Subtle notions of scorched earth and peppered dried herbs lie underneath. Polished tannins finishing with a nicely balanced youthful freshness and long juicy aftertaste. The Z Wine Rustica Grenache has a vibrant purple colour with a youthful hue. A perfumed bouquet bursting with violet, crushed strawberry and raspberry aromas coupled with subtle white pepper and star anise notes making a truly intriguing and inviting Grenache wine. Ideal to consume while young.

Taylors St Andrews Shiraz from the Clare Valley is a classic and is consistently a show-stopper. The bouquet shows rich plum and cherry fruit with earthy spice and the palate is perfectly balanced with soft silky tannins.

The St Andrews Cabernet from Taylors has fine tannins and opulent cassis and fresh blackberry fruit are combined with cedar oak notes that make for a lovely drinking wine for now or something for the medium term section of your cellar.

Spinifex Esprit is a Grenache Mataro blend that has a vibrant, youthful and fresh palate driven by a tangy herb infused line of red fruit red currant, sour red plum, pomegranate and marjoram that gains warmth and depth turning to tobacco, game, cedar and darker fruit to close. Pulpy, fleshy fruit is drawn long with plum skin acids and stony tannins.

Taylors Reserve Parcel Cabernet Sauvignon has an aroma of rich blackcurrant, subtle spice, tomato leaf and a touch of eucalypt. French oak maturation is also evident with subtle aromas of cedar and dark chocolate.
