This Roma Rosso is a full-bodied red with ripe Morello cherry and delicate raspberry aromas. The sumptuous palate has luscious black fruit and cherry flavors, plus hints of warming spice on the long, complex finish.

Bright ruby red. On the nose it is ample, with notes of ripe red fruit that blend well with notes of licorice and spices. The taste is robust and full-bodied thanks to well-present tannins that blend well with the structure of the product. Its peculiar acidity, well balanced, increases its freshness and the finish in the mouth. It is recommended to decant the product 30 minutes before tasting it

Ruby red in colour, with purplish-blue highlights; the nose exhibits fragrant fruit with prominent notes of cherries, echoed by fresher hints of pepper and aromatic herbs, typical of Corvina and Corvinone, the historic varietals of this appellation. Whilst young it is impressively lively and playful on the palate whereas some two years on it expresses greater delicacy and finesse.

Bright red colour with tints of purple. The mineral notes in the wine are accentuated with the period of maturation in the bottle. The nose is of sharp spice and berries. On the palate it has good acidity and freshness. The persistent tannins give harmony to the wine, with an aftertaste of black pepper and currant. Light drying period of 20 days. The grapes are destemmed, pressed and vinified with delestage method. Alcoholic fermentation followed by malolactic one in vertical stainless steel vats. 3-6 months ageing in 20hl oak cask of Allier. Located in the heart of the Soave Classico DOC near Verona, Cantine Pra is run by brothers Sergio and Graziano Pra, the former tending the estates 25 hectares of vineyards and the latter in charge of the cantine. The Pra range of wines are considered to be one of the benchmarks for the region including the Soave Classico, an un-oaked Soave Classico Superiore, Monte Grande, the barrique aged Soave Classico Colle Sant' Antonio and a stunning Recioto di Soave Classico. Pecorino is an ancient grape variety (traditionally grown by the monks) rediscovered in the '80s. It makes a fresh, dry, citrus-flavoured white wine. On the label is recreated a typical Abruzzo scene, with a vine growing up a hillside, dominated by an ancient tower.

Ca' Rome' Romano Marengo Rapet Barolo The Rapet Barolo presents as an intense garnet red in the glass with ruby hues. The nose is full of fruity aromas with floral and spicy notes. On the palate, the flavour is intense buttressed by opulent and enveloping tannins and a long finish. The Rapet fruit is sourced from a southwestern vineyard located in Serralunga dAlba. The soils go back to the Helvetian period and comprises compact calcareous clay that alternates with sandy layers at 350-371 metres above sea level. Maceration lasts 20 days using a traditional method of maceration called steccatura at a temperature that never exceeds 30°C. This method involves wedging stocks into the vat to hold the cap (grape skins and pulp) down below the surface of the juice. This slow, gentle extractraction coaxes the signature tannins from the Nebbiolo grape skins. Aged for 24 months in 25 hectolitre Slavonian oak barrels with a portion of it part aged in barrique. The wine is further aged in-bottle for at least 12 months.
