TheNegrel Family have been making wine in the Côtes des Provence for seven generations. Quatre Vin Côtes de Provence Rose is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah showcasing the outstanding ability of their region to produce the world's most iconic, delicious and loveable rosés.

With a brilliant colour reminiscent of a Mediterranean sunset, the Fleur de Thym Rose is a true expression of French coastal living. Light and delicate aromas of wild berries and Provencal intermingle in this sophisticated rose. The flavors are balanced by a lively acidity, making it incredibly easy to enjoy and pair widely with the fruits of the sea and other uncomplicated dishes.

Very pale litchee pink colour. The nose is fine and elegant. Complex, it releases long aromas of white-fleshed fruit, citrus fruit and white flowers. The palate is straightforward and clean: fine and silky, it is at once tender, delicate and lively. The freshness of the finish underpins the measured volume and a touch of salinity harmonises the whole.

Extremely pale pink in colour, this emblematic cuvée cultivates elegance, finesse and concentration. This is a lacy wine, with aromas of white cherry blossom, citrus fruit and white fruit (peach, pear). Fresh and generous on the palate, it immediately delivers the complexity typical of great wines. The aromas are gradually released and intermingle to offer the full expression of the grape varieties of Provence in their chosen terroirs. Built around the grape's acids, this wine is very long on the palate, elegantly prolonged by bitters and a measured salinity.

A pretty, yet intense nose, combining red fruits and sweet notes of British candies. Then comes the aromas of crushed strawberries and bananas. The palate is lively, round, and harmonious. Good length on the finish.

Barokes Bubbly Rosé Bin possesses medium texture and flavour. Delivering fruity mouth sweetness and characters of strawberry, currant and straw. Crimson pink in colour with a ripe bouquet of currants and gentle citrus.

With notes of red fruit and floral notes balancing nicely on the palate, this Pierre Brévin Rosé shows classic Cabernet Franc varietal characteristics with just a slight herbal touch. Refreshingly smooth with a harmonious finish, it's the perfect accompaniment to salads and fish, and equally as enjoyable on its own.
