Perusini Pinot Grigio
This distinctly delicate and ethereal aromatic variety marries harmoniously with our full-flavoured terroir characteristics, typical of all Persuini white wines, which originate from their hillside site and our rigorous cultivation techniques. The grapes were harvested by hand and gently pressed in a pneumatic press, and cooled during the process with dry ice. With the use of specially selected yeasts the vinification took place in modern stainless steel tanks with the temperature of fermentation controlled below 20° C. For the following 6 months the wine was left in contact with the fine lees. The wine has not gone through malolactic fermentation, in the effort to retain the original fruit aromas. Colour: A brilliant straw yellow. Nose: Our wine is perhaps more reminiscent of the Alsace style of Pinot Gris than it is to the greener, lighter Italian style. Its perfume is distinctly tropical, with a pronounced banana and passion fruit quality. Palate: Full bodied, with a fragrant tropical fruitiness. With its pronounced acid structure it cleanses the palate, and has a long enduring finish. It has great balance and is the most viscous of our white wines, though it avoids any cloyingness thanks to its high acidity.
Tiefenbrunner Merus Pinot Blanc DOC
Hawkshead Pinot Gris
Hawkshead was the first home in New Zealand of Denis Marshall’s ancestor, naturalist William Swainson, Fellow of the Royal Society, who arrived to make his home here in 1841. Our labels display examples of the birds he drew during his world travels. We dedicate our wines to all those who have made this beautiful country their home. Nuances of fresh floral aromatics. White peach flavours unveil a medley of base stone fruit characteristics and linear minerality. Richly textured on the palate with great length and persistence. Simply, the perfect wine with food.

Subtle forest floor and cedar elements are also evident. Excellent power and intensity combine with silky smooth tannins to form a long, rich and highly moreish finish. Drink over the next 3-4 years. Onannon Mornington Pinot Gris
The fruit for this Onannon Mornington Pinot Gris was handpicked and pressed immediately into the tank. It is then settled overnight and racked to both tank and old barrels. A cool fermentation took place over two months during which the wine was stirred regularly to increase texture. Resulting in wine with great aromas such as ripe pears, mixed stone fruits with hints of cooked green apple in the background. It then leads to a full flavoured, textured palate with a delightful finish.
