Feudo Pignatone Rosasto Sciauro is created from a selection of Nerello Mascalese grapes grown organically on thecontrada(an ancient estate usually aligning with an historic lava flow) of the same name in the municipality of Randazzo on the northern slope of Mount Etna at an altitude of approximately 700 metres. The grapes used in Feudo Pignatone Rosato Sciauro come from vines between 30 and 100 years old. Feudo Pignatone Rosso Davanti Casa is created from a selection of Nerello Mascalese grapes from ancient vines grown organically on the contrada (an ancient estate usually aligning with an historic lava flow) of the same name in the municipality of Randazzo on the northern slope of Mount Etna at an altitude of approximately 700 metres. The grapes used for Feudo Pignatone Rosso Davanti Casa come from hundred-year-old vines. The bunches are meticulously selected in the vineyard, followed by the separate vinification of every single parcel so as to produce a wine reflecting the identity of the terroir and the contrada. A wine full of energy, with a rare elegance and finesse, and excellent scope for development over time.

GIROLAMO RUSSO 'a Rina Nerello Mascalese, Etna Located in the north-eastern corner of Sicily, Girolamo Russo vineyards are planted high on the lava flow of Europe’s tallest and most active volcano, offering mineral-rich soils juxtaposed with a dry climate. The Nerello Mascalese consists of fruit from 3 ‘contradas’ or single vineyards. The volcanic influence evolves gradually in the glass, providing a savoury minerality that rounds out the sensational fruit and spice and long lingering finish. Giussepe Russo, winemaker since 2005, has a hands-off approach (organic yeasts, no fining/filtering etc.) with his organically tended fruit. This Nerello Mascalese is grown on sandy, lava based soils at 650–780m on the unthreatened northern slope of Europe's highest and most active volcano. Matured in second and third use French oak barriques for 14 months. Elegant, supple and complex. The essential Etna Rosso.

Made by the Torres family and coming exclusively from their vineyards located in the municipalities of Porrera and Lloar. Salmos is a Priorat wine, a blend between Carignan, Grenache & Syrah, that manages to achieve an unparalleled balance between power and elegance. Dark ruby red. Rich, ripe wine with floral (confected rose) and fruit (dark cherries, prunes) aromas. Beautifully framed by French oak. Elegant, subtle midpalate, very finely structured tannins and a slight touch of toast (cocoa).

Produced from premium Shiraz grapes grown on Coonawarra's famous Terra Rossa soil, this well structured wine exhibits great depth and varietal flavours. This Redman Shiraz drinks well now but will reward 5-7 years cellaring.
