Lumiere Sur Lie Koshu Hikari 2015 is fresh and mineral produced under the Sur Lie method. Green apple nose with lemon, and herbal aromas, light body but intense citrus flavours, and complex mineral notes. Subtle long finish. This is a wine that will lift up flavours of dishes.

Les Enfants Koshu Shiro 2015 is light with a soft aroma of pear and freshness of lemon or green apple. Very subtle character of oak is nicely blended. This is a well detailed white wine that pairs well with Sweet Miso Grilled Cod, Creamy Chicken or Camembert Cheese.

Fresh and light to finish, yet a lovely balanced sweetness carries tropical notes to your pallate. This wine is a perfect match for desserts such as passionfruit bavarios or a summer fruit trifle. Also a great match with spicy Thai curries.

This Sauvignon Blanc is elegant and harmonious, with a pleasant and juicy finish. Considered to be a benchmark producer in the region, Tiefenbrunner was founded in 1848 and their range of wines including Chardonnay, Maller Thurgau, Pinot Grigio, Pinot Bianco and Sauvignon Blanc continue to delight wine-lovers throughout the world. Their vineyards lie on the steep slopes of the region, one in particular, the Feldmarschell von Fenner Maller Thurgau is at 1000 metres above sea-level, and is trellised with the local pergola and wine frame methods.
