Aromatics: Notes of honey, lavender, sweet spices and lemon. Palate: Rich and creamy yet vibrant wine with notes of honey, lavender and lemon as per the nose. Ripe fruits with generous texture, with the Saering site dominating the grape variety and expressing something more.

Aromatics: Menthe, mineral, fleshy ripe white fruits and spices. A fascinating and elegant nose filled with nuances which are so unique they are hard to describe. Palate: Deep and powerful wine, with an incredible length and concentration thanks to the terroir and the old vines. Its energy and density is singular. When I first tasted this vineyard I was wordless taken by surprise by its beauty, this wine simply get to you.

Aromatics: This Riesling is tinted of vibrant notes of lemon, with the fragrance of coins, orange and kumquat. Ripe nectarine, flowers, honey and minerals. Palate: Beautifully dense wine with lively flavours of lemon, apple, and ripe peach. Lovely tension and length with a seducing balance.

Aromatics: Notes of candied lemon, ginger, saline character and mineral notes. Palate: Rich and textural, with a juicy candied lemons flavour. Beautifully elegant and saline with a great finish making you salivate.

Aromatics: Notes of lime, herbs, smoke and mineral. Palate: Long and savoury wine with a harmonious tension and vibrancy. We love its generosity and flesh in the mid palate as well as its stony tension. Incredible level of quality for a mere Alsace Riesling thanks to almost half of Dirler-Cade vineyard classified as Grand Cru.

Aromatics: White fruits and white flowers, subtle, pure and mineral. Palate: Incredible tension and energy for this Sylvaner, one of the best I have ever tasted. Thanks to the terroir and the age of the vines this is such an intense and pure wine. The texture is beautiful, the concentration, vibrancy and the length of this wine are stunning.
