Amalia Grand Cru is created from vines up to 65 years old, and crafted only in remarkable years. The vineyard has alluvial soils, derived from the Cachapoal river and layered through with ancient silt loam and stony soils. This is an elegant blend with depth, complexity and structure that we recommend to decant for at least 30 minutes before consumption. Red fruit aromas in the red cherry and redcurrant spectrum carry through onto the palate.

This wine is the flagship of Domaine A and is only produced in vintages of exceptionally high standard. The bouquet shows classic Cabernet varietal aromas and the palate is long and concentrated.

Château Gloria is the lifes work of Henri Martin, who's Cabernet based wines are very individualistic. The Château has never joined the Syndicat des Crus Bourgeois. This allows Henri to be a little more creative and produce wines of great concentration for prices that are easily approachable. The 2008 is a great example of the Château Gloria style and has been rated 90 points by Robert Parker Jnr.

A Rosé with the structure of a prestige Cuvée, Charles Heidsidck Rosé Reserve has a subtle, yet complex aromas of strawberry jam mixed with ripe peaches on the nose. It is delicate at first on the palate but the raspberry and blackberry slowly became apparent. They are well-balanced with the right amount of acidity. The wine is well structured and made to match with food.
