Hand picked Pinot Blianco fruit by Girlan, grown on the mineral rich hillsides of Cornaiano, at altitudes ranging from 450 to 500 metres above sea level. The juice is tank fermented, with 10% going through malo to add some flesh to the wines crisp Alpine bones. Lower than average yields have resulted in a racy, pulpy, kaffir-lime, apple, and spice scented wine with lovely, pithy minerality and a zesty bite on the finish.

Picardy Chardonnay from Western Australia's emerging region of Pemberton is a beautifully crafted wine; melon, stone fruit and grapefruit in a Burgundian style with the influence of quality oak.

Yarra Yering, well known for their pristine and elegant red wines, also make one of the Yarra Valley's premier Chardonnays. Made solely from the original 1969 plantings, the Yarra Yering Chardonnay is fermented traditionally in open top fermenters and crafted to age in bottle for extended periods. The wine goes through 100% malolactic fermentation which adds complexity and roundness without foregoing natural acidity and structure. Aged in 40% new French oak, this classic white wine combines intense opulence with finesse & textural flintiness.

Pristine concentration and complexity of favour are the hallmarks of Simmonet-Febvre, a revered maker in Chablis. Stonefruits and ruby grapefruit with grilled nuts, owing no doubt to Simmonet-Febvre's insistence on ageing their Premier-Cru wines on lees for over a year. Ten Minutes By Tractor was the result of a the coming together of a series of journeys that began about 30 years ago. Centred around 3 vineyards that are approximately 10 minutes by tractor apart, the winery is now synonymous with terroir driven wines perfectly suited to Mornington Peninsula. Their estate Chardonnay is a wonderful modern interpretation of the variety with layers of complexity and fruit weight balanced by the ever present acid line that runs through the core of this fantastic wine.

The Ott family was been producing wine since 1889 in the region of Wagram in Lower Austria, just to the East of the triangle of Kremstal, Kamptal and Wachau. The estate has around 28 hectares of vineyards located around Feuersbrunn and Engabrunn and Bernhard Ott now runs the domaine since taking over the reigns from his father in 1995. The vineyards are farmed according to biodynamic principles and 90% are planted to Grüner Veltliner with the remaining 10% being Riesling. Bernhards wines are pure, textured and driven and has quickly become a cult figure in Austria receiving the country's highest honour, the Falstaff Winemaker of the Year in 2008."
