Take It To The Grave Pinot Noir is blood red in colour with a lifted and varietal nose of wild strawberries, ripe plums and cherries. The palate is rich and expressive with supple cherry and red berried fruit, a beautifully lush mouth-feel matched by fine tannins and soft acidity that provide structure and length.

Cherry and mulberry flavours, coupled with smoky, earthy notes really give this wine it's edge. Finely balanced with smooth tannins to give you a long and pleasant after taste. From the daughter of the legendary Brian and Fay McGuigan, Lisa McGuigan's Pinot Noir is not one to pass up.

Displaying complex aromas of strawberries and cream with hints of forest floor. The palate is seamless and elegant. Red fruits with enticing gamey characters swirl within layers of mushroom and notes of fresh herbs. The French oak adds ample but delicate tannins delivering a generous delightful length. Grown not too far from our own vineyard, this bright cherry red medium bodied wine displays a slight perfumed spiciness with hints of white pepper. Carefully balanced with 25% new French oak, wonderful fruit characteristics and gentle tannins, this is a wine that will reward patientcellaring.

This wine is named after the myriad of paths, tracks and trails that dominate the famous Morialta Conservation Park that are lovingly explored by its visitors. The Adelaide Hills wine region is located nearby and is equally famous for its ability to produce some of Australia's best loved wines. Our Winemakers explored many grape trails across the Hills to track down the best parcels of fruit to go into this wine. Follow the deep red road to discover aromas of beautiful blackberries and cherries. Your mouth will be filled with rich and velvety dark plums and savoury spice notes. This stylish Shiraz finishes long and well-balanced making it an easy wine to pair with grilled or roasted meats.

COMMUNE OF BUTTONS Gloria Pinot Noir, Adelaide Hills Commune of Buttons began with a single dream between brother and sister, to continue as second-generation growers of grapes. This is a distinctive Pinot from the much-loved Commune of Buttons. The Gloria vineyard is 1Ha of 25-year-old dry-grown Pinot vines planted in clay and sandstone soils rich in ironstone, quartz and basalt. With flavours of cassis, fresh grape juice, a lick of plum, and just a hint of cherry.

The Altus Pinot Noir presents a light ruby colour, and fresh red fruits such as cherry and raspberry unfold on the nose. The palate is complemented by juicy red fruits and touches of light spices. This wine is medium-bodied, balanced by structured tannins and acidity for a well-rounded finish.

Wild & Free - Natural fermention, nothing added to ferments - natural yeasts only, slow natural ferments create pure expressions of flavour from our Vineyards in the elevated mountains along the Torrens Gorge, Mt Bera. Adelaide Hills pinot noir bursting with bright red fruits of raspberry and strawberry with a trace of truffle-like character nuanced into the nose. The medium-bodied palate is balanced and integrated with a fine thread of tannin and fine-grained oak in support. Has a firm feel through the middle but the warm flesh of pinot snuggles up closely.

This 100% Pinot Noir wine has aromas of fresh strawberry and maraschino cherries. Intense flavours of cherry and strawberries. The palate is round and beautifully balanced.
