The result is an ultra pale rosé wine with a nose of elegant small red summer fruits and plenty of refreshing citrus aromas. This wine is vivacious and fresh, with a pleasant complexity. A delicious aperitif, it pairs gracefully with grilled meats, seafood and mediterranean cuisine.
