Using the distillery's 120 years of rum-making expertise, the master craftsmen have searched our two-year old Bundaberg Rum reserves and selected a vat that was producing a rum with extra special characteristics. This premium rum was then doubled aged for a minimum of four years in our hand-crafted oak vats until it reached its peak.

Inspired by the life, and death, of Henry Morgan, Captain Morgan's Black Spiced Rum is crafted from authentic Caribbean rum distilled from blackstrap molasses, select spices and natural flavourings, then finished in double charred blackened oak for its distinctive dark colour and premium, smooth taste. A bold flavour similar to the finest aged whiskies, nuances of warming spice and vanilla linger for a moment, then slip away for a delicious and silky finish.

Made from a 100% natural maceration of Victorian pineapple with a double matured Trinidad Rum. This Plantation Stiggins Fancy Pineapple Rum has a rich and delicious bouquet on the nose. Gosling's Black Seal Rum has a rich, intricate flavour, well balanced and nuanced with butterscotch, vanilla and caramel. Black Seal includes products of both pot stills, as used in fine Cognacs, and continuous stills, as used in grappa. One imparts flavour, the other yields a subtle elegance. Together they work wonders.
