Ingoldby McLaren Vale Shiraz is deep red in colour with purple hues. Red berries and plums on the nose, a spicy, peppery, plummy palate with good length of flavour and a smooth, lingering finish.

Rich, sweet cherry and blackberry fruits overlay the supple palate. Subtle use of oak adds fine soft tannins to this well-structured wine.

The Nosey Parker simply delivers in spades. Swathes of sweetly spiced blackberry woven with pencil shaving oak, backed up by a rich, powerfully long palate. The Wild Pixie by d'Arenberg has an unmistakeable connection with the earth from which it emerged, and is the perfect accompaniment to a rustic BBQ cooked over a glowing camp fire on a cold starry night. The flavours and aromas of earth, soot and game perfectly complement the setting. Primary blackberry and mulberry notes appear as the Shiraz develops in the glass. A generous warm wine with an abundance of savoury and dark fruits, completed by a fine emery like tannin trailing to subtle wood spice and vanilla notes.

Medium bodied wine with red berry and juicy raspberry flavours, a hint of pepper and sleek tannins give the wine a smooth finish, with a good length and mouth feel. Cellared for over eighteen months in oak, making it a premium Cottontail offering. Well suited to being consumed with BBQ steak, roast meat and game.

Intense purple colour with reddish hues. Aromatically, the wine displays blackcurrant, forest fruits and a good pinch of crushed leaf with oak derived dark spices. On the palate the wine enters smoothly, with rich red fruits, followed by a nice silky mid palate mouth feel. Well-integrated oak contributes to the finish of the wine.Drinking wonderfully now, this wine has been carefully cellared and is being released as a premium Cottontail wine. Suitable for most meat dishes - including BBQ meat & roasts.
