Since 2003, House of Champagne Albert Lebrun is part of the Rapeneau family business, which has become one of the largest independent growers in the Champagne Region. Graceful chardonnay woven with whispers of new French oak. From the cool climate single vineyard; Coal River Valley, Tasmania. Handpicked on a fruit day on the full harvest moon, whole bunch pressed, wild ferment en new demi-muid. Matured for 12 months and bottled unfined and unfiltered with perfect natural balance.

A fresh fruit-forward earlier drinking style, the fruit for the Estate Chardonnay comes from the densely planted Leongatha vineyard. Matured in approximately 20% new oak, the Estate Chardonnay exhibits vibrant ripe citrus fruit with subtle underlying toasty oak.

Marco Lubiana Chardonnay, Huon Valley Made from low yielding 35 year old vines, the fruit for this single vineyard Chardonnay was handpicked before being gently whole bunch pressed into older barrels where it then went through a natural yeast fermentation. Left on lees and with very little battonage (stirring of the lees) the end result is a beautifully balanced and focusses cool-climate chardonnay with citrus fruits and mineral notes.
