Tooheys Old

Tooheys Old is a robustly flavoured Ale made with top fermentation Ale yeast. The beer is lightly hopped, and gets its darker colour from black malt. Fruity Ale-like esters blend well with subtle hoppiness, hints of coffee and chocolate to deliver a unique beer.

Yulli's Brews Amanda Mandarin IPA

This American style IPA is layered with a range of mandarin flavour from a carefully selected malt & hop bill, and about 100 cold pressed mandarins blended with a concoction of orange peel liqueur (Cointreau). The result is a super drinkable, fruit driven IPA with an assertive mandarin peel bitterness and dry mouthfeel. The perfect seasonal IPA making use of our favourite citrus fruit.

So when the suburb celebrated its sesquicentenary they were invited to brew a unique beer to celebrate, they jumped at the chance. The resulting beer was an Aussie Pale Ale called Newtowner. Then we added three varieties of local hops to make it fun, fruity and even a little bitter. Carton of 24 x 375mL Cans.
