Johnnie Walker Red Label continues to be one of Australia's favourite Scotch Whisky's. With a pedigree that dates back to 1820 when John Walker himself was bottling and selling whisky in his grocery store, it was his son, Alexander Walker, who began the legacy that has made Johnnie Walker the iconic name it is today. The Red Label was first introduced in 1909 and contains an expert blend of 35 grain and malt whiskies to produce a whiskey ideally suited for mixing. In fact, it was known that Johnnie Walker Red was the favourite whisky of Winston Churchill who loved it blended with Soda.

Monkey Shoulder is a premium Scotch Whisky that is steeped in history and culture and to this day is still tended by hand by the experienced Malt Men of Speyside. A smooth and rich 'triple' malt Scotch (a world first!) that has been blended from three of Speyside's finest single malts and using batches from only 27 casks to produce this fine malt whisky. A delightful nose of sherry, cinnamon baked pear, butterscotch, barley, strawberry and Bourbon vanilla which are all complemented by tangy, sweet nut, citrus, mint, oak and orange peel flavours.

Johnnie Walker Gold Label is one of the world's most iconic whiskies. Showing flavours of maple syrup, spices and malt on the nose which is then followed by a dry smokiness and a sweet creamy vanilla mouthfeel. The inherent richness evolves on the finish with a raisiny, sweet sherry flavour.

Handcrafted from 100% West Australian grains, Upshot whiskey is modern Aussie expression of a well rounded bourbon. Uniquely smooth and inviting, artfully aged in virgin southern white oak in our urban Mediterranean climate. Fragrant with a delicious melange of vanilla, dark toffee and hints of nutmeg flavour, infused in a creamy texture, prefect for enjoying across seasons and in good company.

Bottled at 43% vol, the BenRiach 10 Years Old is Classic Speyside in character. This fresh, lively, fruit-laden single malt captures Warm Oak Spices, Green Apple, Dried Apricots, Peach and Banana with subtle touches of Aniseed, Lemon Zest and Barley. Warm toasted oak spices flood through green apple skins and dried apricots, ripening to hints of peach and soft banana. Subtle touches of aniseed and lemon zest create a contrasting edge to the fruit and add an intriguing character to the long, crisp barley finish.

Ardbeg 10 Year Old Single Malt is typical Islay (eye-la). Light gold colour with exceptional balance and depth on the nose. The aroma is a beguiling mix of toffee and chocolate sweetness, cinnamon spice, Fresh citrus and floral notes of white wine are evident, as are melon, pear drops and a gentle creaminess. There is also fresh phenolics of seaspray and smoked fish. Hickory and coffee emerge on the finish.

Established in 1887, Glenfiddich, Gaelic for Valley of the Deer, is one of the few single malt distilleries to remain entirely family owned. The 12 Year Old is their signature expression and is the perfect example of Glenfiddichs unique Speyside style, widely proclaimed as the 'best dram in the valley'. After 12 years of maturation in oloroso sherry and bourbon oak casks, this signature single malt, is the true pioneer of the prestigious single malt category.
