Ageing in Oak Barrels for a minimum of two years we have a refined and elegant rum that is then paired with caramel and sea salt to produce the nectar of the gods, Capricorn Salted Caramel Rum Liqueur. Capricorn Salted Caramel Rum Liqueur is slightly sweet, however there is a focus on highlighting our aged rum. Its delicious and can be served many different ways. Our old tom style of gin is single shot distilled by hand using a traditional copper pot still. with a selection of queenslands finest botanicals weve created an old tom gin that marries the spice and earthen notes of juniper with sweetness from frankincence and myrrh, and refreshing hits of citrus from native finger limes.

Founded by Alexander Gordon in 1769, the Gordon's recipe has remained almost untouched since its creation. Triple-distilled, the gin contains juniper berries, coriander seeds and angelica root to name a few. Perfectly enjoyed in a classic Gin and Tonic.
