Taylors Masterstroke Cabernet Sauvignon

Chateau Mauvesin Barton

Deep Woods Estate Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Langton's Classification: Excellent

Deep Woods most vaunted red earned its place in the Langtons Classification in 2018 (7th Edition) after displaying consistent quality and demand for the required minimum ten vintages. It is one of those wines at the tip of the Margaret River spear - demonstrating the brilliance that continues to come from that corner of Cabernet Country. ...imbued with power and elegance, pure fruit definition, fine-grained tannins and integrated savoury oak. Classification VII (2018) Deep Woods Estates sustainable and minimal-intervention farming and new trellising systems to optimise exposure have brought the vineyard into the big time. Vinification on skins (12 to 22 days depending on the season) is followed by 16 to 22 months maturation in new (40%) and seasoned French oak barrels. An emerging classic. Shop All Deep Woods >

PARKER ESTATE NINETY FIVE BLOCK

Wynns Coonawarra Estate Single vineyard Messenger Cabernet

Chateau Potensac Cru bourgeois

Mystery Wrattonbully Cabernet Blend Deal No. 5901

Is a cracker, but an idiosyncratic wine; much in the same way as Bordeaux’s Château Tertre Roteboeuf. It’s the type of claret style that would win a prize in the Australian Burgundy classes of yore. Voluminous and inky deep, it show lifted cassis, cedar, dried apricot, hint wood varnish aromas and flavours, fine supple/slinky texturesand well-integrated roasted chestnut notes. This is a terrific ‘vin de garde’ with all the elements for long term ageing. A high water mark for Terre à Terre.

St Hugo Cabernet Sauvignon

Langton's Classification: Excellent

Named after the famed Johann Gramp's grandson, Hugo, this is the very best Cabernet Sauvignon in the stable. From the very best sites in the region of Coonawarra, this wine shows classic regional mint and blackcurrant on the nose with a silky supple palate, elegant fruit characters, toasty oak and long, fine tannins.
