This Australian expression from the Barossa Valley is full of bright lime, green apple & grapefruit flavours. Classic, zippy acidity completes this wine. Try with anitpasti, fried whitebait or stuffed zucchini flowers. Vermentino grapes are known for their ability to ripen well in warmer conditions with minimal water, these were the conditions experienced in the Barossa Valley 2015 vintage.
