Fantastically fresh and appealing on the nose with intriguing hints of aniseed. The palate has a superb texture and weight that will have you coming back again and again.

Suited for drinking now during warms days, or will comfortably match with oysters, sashimi and many types of seafood.

Fox Creek Family Vermentino

This pale straw hued Fox Creek Family Vermentino displays a light green rim. The fragrant nose gives off scintillating aromas of grapefruit, lime juice and lemon blossom, with a touch of mandarin and sao biscuit following close behind. The luscious palate is rife with vibrant flavours of grapefruit, pear, nectarine, lemon curd and Bickfords lime juice cordial. Balanced by crisp acidity, these characters culminate in a rich and lengthy finale. This full flavoured Vermentino has been made for consumption upon release, but can also be cellared for 2 to 3 years to enhance its fresh fruit characters. Suggested food pairings for this delightful white wine include barbeque prawns with herb marinade and fritto misto.
